Care Plan Questions Answered
What counts as a small content change?
Things like updating a phone number, swapping a photo, or changing a paragraph of text. Larger changes like new pages are quoted separately.
What happens if I don't use my content changes in a month?
They don't roll over, but most clients don't need all of them every month. If you need more than two in a busy month, just ask and we'll quote it separately or help you time it around your plan.
Do I need a care plan if you built my site?
It isn't compulsory, but we recommend it. Every website needs upkeep, and a care plan means it's handled proactively rather than only when something goes wrong.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, care plans run monthly with no long term tie in. Just give us 30 days' notice.
