The Challenge
Carousel Gifts needed more than a simple online presence. As a retailer with a loyal customer base and a well-loved range of gift brands, they needed a full online shop that could take orders and payments directly, plus a way to keep in touch with customers between visits through email offers and updates.
What We Built
We built a full ecommerce website so customers can browse and buy Carousel's gift ranges online, alongside gift cards and collection information. We also set up MailPoet, an email marketing platform built directly into their WordPress backend, so the Carousel team can send newsletters, offers and product updates straight from the same dashboard they use to manage their shop, without needing a separate email marketing tool.
