2020 has been quite the ordeal thus far! We’ve had COVID-19, murder hornets and of course Carol Baskins!
However, even after the Pentagon announced that UFO’s are real, Red Cherry Branding Solutions are still here serving our customers and clients as normal.
Our opening hours during this time have not been affected and are as follows:
- Mon: 09:00 – 17:00
- Tues: 09:00 – 17:00
- Wed: 09:00 – 17:00
- Thur: 09:00 – 17:00
- Fri: 09:00 – 13:00
Business as Usual
Red Cherry and our partners are still working during this pandemic and are producing and dispatching items at normal rates. Understandably, the couriers which we use do have a backlog – and although we will dispatch your items to the timescales promised, we unfortunately do not have any control over the timescales of couriers.
Normally our couriers will send a text on the day of your delivery and provide an estimated time of arrival. Wherever possible, Red Cherry will also provide you with a tracking number for your items.
Every supplier which we use have strict rules regarding COVID-19 and have implemented a heightened cleaning regime within their offices and warehouses, with only essential staff onsite at any given time.
Our partners and ourselves are abiding to official UK government, EU and World Health Organisation guidelines, and will continue to do so until advised differently.
Red Cherry partners with suppliers with worldwide offices, warehouses and servers. Whether it is web hosting, promotional print or custom designed apparel, rest assured that we can – and will – fulfil every customer’s order, even if production is affected within the UK.
As more information becomes available in the upcoming days/weeks/months, we shall update this page with whatever relevant information we receive.
Until then we hope all of our customers stay safe and we hope your business has not being affected too much during this terrible time.
Remember, Red Cherry Branding Solutions are here to help you and to provide as much service and guidance as possible.
